CEO, co-founder

Darien’s passion for reptiles began more than two decades ago. After working in web design and internet marketing, he recognized the need for quality live food and founded Dubia.com, which has since become the world’s largest producer of dubia roaches. Later, he gained valuable insight into the retail market by building two pet stores in Wichita, Kansas. He is currently creating an Aquarium and Reptarium to serve as an educational platform and showcase reptiles in a positive light. These experiences have given Darien a diverse perspective in the industry.

Brittni

Chief Operations Officer
Brittni helps manage MorphMarket’s day-to-day operations. She is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background in marketing, administration, management, and logistics, including experience as an Import/Export Coordinator.

Brittni also brings hands-on experience working with animals acquired through internships and volunteer opportunities. Her journey in the animal kingdom has brought her close to a diverse range of animals, including big cats, bears, and primates. However, it was her work with reptiles that truly captured her heart. From reticulated pythons and Nile monitors to ball pythons and leopard geckos, Brittni has had the pleasure of working with reptiles of all shapes and sizes.

Allan

Chief Logistics Officer

Allan Edwards is a highly accomplished global logistics/transportation operations and compliance administrator with over 35 years of experience in regulatory affairs, supply chain management, logistics, distribution, transportation auditing, global air, ground, and sea transportation.

Allan is an experienced logistics professional with extensive expertise in optimizing global logistics costs, operations and systems. Throughout his 35-plus-year career he has maintained a significant record of success in global transportation negotiations, implementation and maintenance of strategic partnerships with globally positioned carriers and third-party logistics service providers, and the development and implementation of lean logistics process flows. Allan has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and audits, including successful completion of USA Customs, C-TPAT, HMS Customs, DOT, and ISO audits.

Thomas

Director Of Customer Success
Thomas is one of the most versatile members of the MorphMarket team. His contributions in the MorphMarket Reptile Community forums led to his promotion to moderator and then admin of our forums. In 2023, he was promoted to Director of Customer Success. He is also the lead editor of the Morphpedia knowledge base.

Thomas has been caring for reptiles and aquatic life for 20+ years as a main hobby. In the past few years he has focused mostly on boa constrictors, ball pythons, tree frogs and most recently monitors.
